LFT Athletics was built from real-world experience and education. With over 20 years as a first responder and 15+ years in industrial emergency services, I understand what it means to perform under pressure, stay physically ready, and build resilience.
Training isn't just about looking good — it's about being capable, staying durable, and performing when it matters.
LFT Athletics is built on a foundation of real-world experience, professional certification, and a commitment to ongoing education. With formal training through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), every program is designed using proven training principles while being continuously refined through real-world application.

Why I Created LFT:
I’ve always had a passion for fitness. From hockey, volleyball, and track, to golf, CrossFit, and bodybuilding — training has always been a constant in my life.
What I’ve valued just as much as the physical side is the camaraderie inside the gym — the shared effort, the discipline, and the drive to improve.
Over the years, I’ve continued to study and apply new training methods, always looking for better ways to improve my health, performance, and overall quality of life. Along the way, I found a real passion for helping others do the same.
That’s what led me to create LFT ATHLETICS.
